MARY (Polly) TAYLOR was the eldest child of Jim and Katy Bigby. She married David Taylor, fled to the North Carolina mountains and escaped the removal. She is my great(3X) grandmother. David is buried in Murphy, Cherokee County, NC and Mary died and was buried near Sweetwater, Monroe County, Tennessee.
